Every year Ambassadors Football Australia conducts soccer camps around NSW and SA in partnership with local churches. The soccer camps are designed to help children ages 6-12 grow physically, emotionally and spiritually in a fun and supportive environment. The camps also provide local churches the opportunity to connect with their communities in a unique and powerful way.

Each year we are in need of Christians who can volunteer as camp directors, divisional leaders, coaches and assistant coaches. Ideally, we are looking for experienced football players and coaches who either currently possess FFA Coaching Qualifications or who are willing to pursue such qualifications in the near future. Volunteers without coaching experience or qualifications may still apply to be assistant coaches and in-house training will be provided to them.

If you are passionate about football and making a difference in children’s lives then please express your interest to David Johnston, National Camps Director, at djohnston@ambassadorsfootball.org. After an initial conversation to assess suitability, all prospective volunteer coaches will be required to submit a pastoral reference and fully comply with Working With Children requirements in their state.
